This is a concept (not a final image) to visually explain a healthcare provider’s Comprehensive Assessment: Timeframe Prioritization plan. I used the colors to emphasize the level of risk at each level, and we sought photos that would be indicative of patient issues at that level of risk. The photos are placeholder images and are, therefore, not high quality. I was given the concept in writing in a proposal, and this is what I came up with.
